Refund Policy :
Donations made to IKLAS IAS Academy are non-refundable once processed, as they are immediately allocated for student support, mentoring programs, and institutional development.
In case of a transaction error (e.g., double payments, incorrect amounts), please contact us within 7 days at [support email] with relevant transaction details, and we will review the case.
If a refund is deemed necessary due to an accidental excess payment, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 working days after verification.
Recurring Donations Cancellation :
Donors who have opted for recurring contributions via UPI AutoPay or Net Banking can modify or cancel their donations at any time by:
Logging into their payment provider (UPI/Banking portal) and canceling the mandate.

Cancellations will take effect from the next billing cycle; prior contributions cannot be refunded.
