✔️ Strong background in UPSC/Competitive Exams
✔️ Passionate about mentoring and guiding aspirants

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Motivate and engage students for consistent preparation
✔️ Communicate with colleges to organize motivational and awareness programs
✔️ Visit schools and colleges across Tamil nadu to guide students about UPSC and government job opportunities
✔️ Coordinate with college management for scheduling and executing seminars/workshops
✔️ Deliver motivational talks and speeches in academic institutions on behalf of IKLAS IAS Academy
✔️ Work with senior IAS/IPS officers
